Noise Risk Assessment Template

The Control of Noise at Work Regulations places a duty on employers to assess noise levels and where necessary put in to place measures to help protect employees and others from high levels of noise.  Our Noise Assessment Template can be used to help carry our a Noise Risk Assessment to help identify sources of noise, assess the risk and determine what safety precautions need to be implemented to help protect the safety of the employees.  Noise Induced Hearing Loss is permanent and cannot be reversed, so controlling noise to acceptable levels and/or providing suitable hearing protection from excessive noise are an important and statutory requirement for all employers.
