(2-Pack) Rimmel Scandaleyes Gel Eyeliner REDESIGN, Black, 0.02 oz

I received the old version (which I have purchased before and never used). It is separate from the applicator and can be quite messy. It is definitely waterproof (doesn’t wash off easily); however, it is unfortunate because I don’t want another return and do not want to try it again. They have a better retractable waterproof that I purchased at the same time; it is the best I have used (for all brands).
